Turn autoplay off

Switch autoplay off in the video and music apps you use.

Autoplay decides what you watch next before you do. It is one small switch in most video and music apps, usually in settings or on the player itself. Turn it off, and the next thing plays only when you choose it. Notice how often you had been about to put the phone down anyway. The minutes that come back are the first thing a simpler life gives you, and they were yours all along.
