One meal lower down

Make one meal this week from beans, lentils, grains or vegetables, with no meat in it.

Food is where care for the living world shows up three times a day. A 2019 study of thousands of diets found that the foods most linked with good health, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, pulses, nuts, olive oil, are also the ones that ask the least of the land and water. Two good things, one plate. No pledge needed. One meal this week without meat: a dal, a bean chilli, a big tray of roasted vegetables. Eat it slowly. If it was good, that is next week sorted too.
